હાલ હું કેનેડા રહું છું, અહીંયા એક મિત્રના કહેવા પછી મેં Tinytyke નું ઇલેક્ટ્રિક ઘોડિયું મંગાવ્યું હતું. વિગતવાર સમય કાઢીને રીવ્યુ આપું છું એનું એક જ કારણ છે કે, આ ઘોડિયું ખરેખર વરદાન સાબિત થયું છે.
ક્વોલિટી:
– લગાતાર બે વર્ષ સુધી વાપર્યું તો પણ કોઈ પ્રોબ્લેમ આવ્યો નથી
– મોટર કોઈ પણ પ્રકારનો વધારે નોઇસ નથી કરતી. જેથી બાળકને સુવામા તકલીફ ના પડે.
– Tinytyke તરફથી જે ઘોડિયાનું ખોયું આપવામાં આવે છે તે ખુબ જ મજબૂત બનાવટ વાળું અને ડબલ સિલાય કરેલું આવે છે જે બાળકની સેફટી માટે ખુબ જરૂરી છે.
-અહીંયા કેનેડા અમેરિકામાં ઇલેક્ટ્રિકલ પ્લગ અને વોલ્ટેજ અલગ હોય છે. તો એ મુજબનું પાવર એડાપ્ટર અને વોલ્ટેજ કંપેટેબલ બનાવટ વાળું ઘોડિયું ઉપલબ્ધ હતું. જેથી કોઈ વધારાનું વોલ્ટેજ સ્ટેબિલાઇઝર કે પ્લગ કન્વર્ટરની જરૂર પડતી નથી.
કસ્ટમર સર્વિસ:
– ફક્ત વોટ્સઅપ મેસેજ દ્વારા જ ખુબ જ સારી કસ્ટમર સર્વિસ પ્રોવાઈડ કરે છે.
– અમદાવાદમાં કોઈ પણ સ્થળે ઘોડિયું મંગાવવું હોય તો ત્યાં સુધી ફ્રી ડિલિવરી કરી જાય છે.
– એકવાર પરચેસ કર્યા પછી પણ કોઈ ઇસ્યુ કે પ્રોબ્લેમ હોય તો તાત્કાલિક જવાબ આપે છે.
સૂચન:
એક માઈનર સજેશન છે, કે ઘોડિયામાં જ્યા ખોયું ફિટ કરવાનું હોય એ રાઉન્ડ આકારનો સળિયો હોય છે એમાં ઉપર સફેદ કલરના પલાસ્ટીકના કવર આવે છે એની ક્વોલિટી ખુબ જ નબળી લાગી. જેમ જેમ સમય જાય છે એમ તે પ્લાસ્ટિકના કવર ઘસાતા જાય છે અને પરિણામે ઘોડિયામાં અવાજ આવવા લાગે છે. તો શક્ય હોય તો એ પ્લાસ્ટિક થોડું મજબૂત આવે અથવા ઘોડિયું ઓર્ડર કરીએ ત્યારે એની સાથે થોડા એક્સટ્રા કવર સાથે આવે તો ખુબ મદદરૂપ થાય. આ સિવાય અન્ય કોઈ સજેશન નથી.
ઓવરઓલ Tinytyke સાથેનો અનુભવ ખુબ જ સારો રહ્યો. બેસ્ટ ક્વોલિટી બનાવટ અને સુપર્બ કસ્ટમર સર્વિસનો સમન્વય. મેં અહીંયા કેનેડા અમેરિકા રહેતા મારા ગ્રુપના સાત આઠ લોકોને આ પ્રોડક્ટ સજેસ્ટ કરી છે અને તેઓ દરેક મારા કહેવાથી TinyTyke ઘોડિયું વાપરે છે અને ખુબ જ ખુશ છે.
ભવિષ્યમાં પણ આવી ઉત્કૃષ્ટ સર્વિસ અને ક્વોલિટી આપતા રહે એવી આશા સહ, સમગ્ર Tinytyke ટિમને ખુબ ખુબ અભિનંદન સાથે આભાર.

Very good product and i m much satisfied. I can sleep in night bcz of it. I m using it since 2 months ..its work great ,no problem yet. But hammock stiches poor..it tear in 2 nd use only and second thing is i think they have to improve that when baby moves in cradle ..its speed becomes slow or stop . Baby is not like adult, they cant sleep without movements while awake or half asleep,bcz when cradle stop baby again awake so i think this part they should improve …
